This research paper shows the extent of the orientalist’s interest in the Arabic linguistic lesson, which reveals the attractiveness of the Arabic language to the other, and seeks to trace the inheritance, interrogate it, and come up with something new, with the ability of the human being to realize the thought; In order for him to put the appropriate causes in a new suit that is calculated for its pioneer, as it reveals something of the impact of the Oriental linguistic thought on the linguistic thought of the modern Arabs. Henry Fleisch, translated by d. Abdel-Sabour Shaheen, and the other (The Phonetic Approach to the Arabic Structure, a New Vision) by Dr. Abdel-Sabour Shaheen, and it reveals what is between them in tracing the impact on phonemic thinking, including the division of concepts, the release of the term, and the phonetic interpretation of the Arabic structure.
