يتناول هذا البحث حياة أبو طالب عليه السلام عم الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم،وأهم المواقف البطولية له في نصرة النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم والتصديق برسالته ونبوته،وكيف قام بحماية كل من إعتنق الاسلام ، ونستطيع أن نقول أن أبا طالب عليه السلام أوقف على الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قلبه وراحته وعاطفته وعائلته وكل ما يملك ورعاه رعاية أبوية حنونة طفلاُ وشاباً ثم زوجاً وله بيتاً ثم نبياً مرسلاً من الله سبحانه وتعالى حتى وفاته رضوان الله وسلامه عليه .
