الملخص

 استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على التجنب الخبراتي لدى موظفي جامعة ذي قار بحسب متغير الجنس (ذكور, اناث) وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث اعتمد الباحثان مقياس(جواد, 2021) المستند الى نظرية (hayes., et al., 1996) والمكون من 26 فقرة , تكونت عينة الدراسة من 400 موظف وموظفة بواقع 157 ذكور و 243 اناث حيث استخدم الباحثان الحقيبة الاحصائية (Spss) اظهرت النتائج ان عينة البحث لديها تجنب خبراتي ولاتوجد فروق بين الذكور والاناث في التجنب الخبراتي وفي ضوء النتائج توصل الباحثان لمجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.
