In this, they were influenced by contemporary Western poetry rich in the image, and if the term (imagerg-image) appeared in Arab criticism in the seventies of the twentieth century and became the subject of various dialogues and debates, including (literary picture, poetic image, and artistic image), however, as a contemporary literary term for the poem, it is associated with common factors between The poem and drawing in the character (simulation), which is the Latin moral interpretation of the term followed by other concepts such as similarity, transcription and reproduction, and in the Arabic language means the body on which the figure is often inspired by any illusion, that is, the perception of things and they are not real but within a special intense and focused vision that depends on treatment.
