The current research is aimed at identifying the extent to which the school director understands the importance of educational guidance. The study identified public school principals and directors, and male and female guides for the academic year 2018-2019. Choose and represent randomly 0.15 percent of the 200 research community The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for his study after calculating his validity and reliability The study is the percentages, the arithmetic means, and the percentile weight The highest results are to make it about the importance of the educational counselor, to make it reach the importance of the educational guide (44.60) and a percentage weight of 0.90, and to place it towards extension services in the next rank with a mean of (39) and a weight percentage (0.79) One of the most important activities is to give greater attention to educational counseling programs by the Ministry, and to meet the status of women from government, visual and visual media.
