يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى التنظيم العاطفي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا، ودلالة الفرق في التنظيم العاطفي تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور ـ اناث) والتخصص (علمي - انساني). قام الباحثان بأعداد مقياس التنظيم العاطفي ويتكون من (24) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات مجالات ( اختيار موقف، تعديل موقف، تغيير معرفي، توزيع انتباه، تعديل استجابة). وقد اجرى البحث على عينة عددها ( 277 ) طالب وطالبة في جامعة ذي قار، ثم حللت فقرات المقياس احصائيا لحساب قدرتها التمييزية ومعاملات صدقها، وتحقق الباحثان من الصدق الظاهري ومؤشرات صدق البناء للمقياس وحساب معامل الثبات ( الفا ـ اعادة الاختبار)، ولغرض التأكد من اجراءات البحث ونتائجه استعمل الباحثان الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة. واسفرت النتائج كما يلي:
١ـ ان طلبة الدراسات العليا يتمتعون بتنظيم عاطفي.
2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تبعا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور ـ اناث) والتخصص (علمي ـ انساني).
وقد تم تفسير النتائج بالاعتماد على النظرية والاطار النظري ونتائج الدراسات السابقة، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث الحالي خرج الباحثان بعدة توصيات ومقترحات
التوصيات
على وزارة التعليم عود ورشات تدريبية والندوات التخصصية لزيادة الوعي في التنظيم العاطفي في مراحل التعليم كافة التي من شانها ان تعزز وتثير التفكير الاستراتيجي.
