This research concluded that the claim by some exegetes that certain Quranic texts contradict one of the grammatical principles, namely the rule of the union of the subject and object pronouns, did not reach the level of established truth. This claim relied on the interpretations of some grammarians, especially the later ones. Therefore, this study revealed that exegetical thought was influenced by these interpretations, leading to the misdirection of the Quranic text or the failure to grasp its intended meaning. Additionally, the study showed that exegetical thought did not adhere to the original principles established by the early grammarians, particularly Sibawayh, which aligned with Quranic usage and Arabic heritage in both poetry and prose.
