This research aims to assess the academic elite's evaluation of the role of electronic journalism in disseminating information about corruption issues and the impact of this role on shaping public opinion and attitudes towards these issues. The researcher designed questionnaires and distributed them to the respondents after presenting them to experts, Using a simple random sample among university professors from Al-Mustansiriya, Baghdad, Karbala, Dhi Qar and Tikrit, the research aims to achieve a number of objectives, including identifying the nature of how electronic journalism addresses corruption issues, and recognizing its role in shaping public opinion trends regarding corruption cases. The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that the respondents were satisfied with interacting with information that deals with corruption issues in the electronic press, and that it contributed very little to shaping their attitudes towards those issues.
