تقف هذه الدّراسة على قضيّة شغلت العالم الاسلامي ، وقبله العالم الغربي ألا وهي موقف المستشرقين من القرآن الكريم ، من جوانب كثيرة ، فاهتمت هذه الدّراسة بأحدها ، وهو الاعجاز القرآني من وجهة نظر المستشرقين وقد
دعت المنهجيّة العلميّة الى أن تتوزع دراستنا هذه على مقدّمة ومبحثين وخاتمة .
نقف في التمهيد على نشأة موضوع الاعجاز عند المستشرقين ، فيما ندرس في المبحث الأول غرض الاعجاز ، ومفهوم الاستشراق ، ومن ثَمّ ندرس في المبحث الثاني دوافع القرآن الكريم من قبل المستشرقين وموقفهم منه .
